Client Relations Manager (Indianapolis, IN)
Veritix is currently looking for a talented, highly motivated, self starter to join our Client Relations Team as the Client Relations Manager for the Indianapolis area. This position will serve as the primary relationship and technical liaison between our clients and the company. This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, leading edge organization in the dynamic Indianapolis sports and entertainment market space. This position is will work directly with the NCAA staff and all departments requiring ticketing as the primary liaison between the NCAA and Veritix.
Your responsibilities will include managing relationships with existing clients and developing techniques to maximize the success of the Veritix ticketing system within the client's organization. This is a customer service and technical implementation level position which will work with multiple internal and client stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery and will be responsible for overall client satisfaction.
Successful candidates will possess a strong desire to help set the standard for customer service throughout the sports and entertainment industries. They will also display the highest levels professionalism, pride, and work ethic. Travel required (30%- 40%).
Qualifications
- Five to seven years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) in service delivery and account management
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different client and industry settings
- Detail-oriented, self starting team player
- Solid project management, documentation and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the client and with various Veritix internal departments to develop and execute a plan to deliver service that will meet the client's business needs
- Coordinate with all client internal departments to provide training and ongoing support of the Veritix ticketing platform
- Work collaboratively and effectively in various settings to develop knowledge, products, services and tools to further the mission and purposes of the client
- Analyze client processes and operations and make recommendations to ensure Veritix system capabilities are maximized
- Track action items and their closure
- Work with Internal IT and Ops department when upgrading, installing, servicing, and maintaining PC’s, kiosks, PDAs, wireless devices, and ticket printers
- Troubleshoot network, connectivity and hardware issues
